I keep trades on auto. I just check the pending transactions screen everyday to see what trades have been offered. And if I don't like the trade or think it's an unrealistic deal, I can cancel it.

The first month of the season I usually play most every game. Just to get a feel for the pitchers and batters. After that I pick 2 pitchers, this year will be Waino and Wacha, and play every game...
