I always thought the 30% was so that it'd be a bit more difficult to use multiple accounts to boost one account.

I'm not even sure the RS cards are top right now - the 4 legendary cards from this RttC alone top my other RS cards. So if you have these 4, RC Blake and RttC Wade, you've got 6 cards that top RS...

Did the regular Kobe's go for 350,000 RP? That's cheaper than I thought it would end at. I know the MVP Kobe was over 1,000,000.
