Yeah, you have no guarantees that once you concede those games, he will give you anything. He might be an honest dude, but it sounds sketchy.

10% tax of 93,000 is 9,300. 93,000 - 9,300 = 83,700. I'm assuming that's why you got around 85k for him? I don't know, the 10% tax is kinda silly.

Opened 2 packs. The 1st had 2 silvers, and the 2nd had David Ortiz. Nice card, but his defense ain't winning any championships.

Bought 2, got Dee Gordon and AJ Pollock in 1 pack, nada in the other. First gold players (not cleats or a player that has grown to be gold) I've pulled in about 80 packs.
