I beleive you cannot fix this problem unless drafting said players through a draft class in career as downloading a roster with the rookies means they will be missing traits etc like for example you...

Go with NEW2020 it has all updates except rookies and retirements so you can still play with guys like Kuechly and use a draft class is better as when these guys create rookie QB's they can't edit...
