Just found it. I changed to commissioner mode, maybe that is why I can now change it.

The problem is that once you start the season, there is no option in settings to change to modified extra innings

Update Roster in RTTS

I stared playing RTTS Spring training with the Mets and about 10 games in I realized that my roster didn't include Oliver Perez. I went online to download the updated rosters and saved for offline....
