If you use the DB editor, you can lower the carry rating for all players, just RB's or anyone individually. That's what i would suggest if you don't get the result from the coach settings.

I play with fatigue off and my team's still play better against top ranked all 99s and barely get by FCS schools... overlook them once ok sure, but every time is a pattern.

I think this has more to do with the overall team ratings. If you're an 84 and play at 99 Ohio st, the game will be too easy to stay in and win. And if you're the 99 team there's more games that are...

I ended trying a different computer and it worked just fine. Not going to keep trying on my laptop. If anyone encounters this problem, a different computer should fix it.

I like your system overall that the editor is not needed. My only hang up is that a guy may start at 76, then be 82...then be 79, then be 73, then end at 74, altough i'm sure some guys rubber band...

That's from throwing the ball to receivers that aren't "open". if you throw the ball to receivers while their icon is lit up, the throw is usually accurate...if you throw before it lights up or...
