Haha no wonder your game runs so well. That's well above the recommended specs. Since it's a next gen port, I would be willing to accept lag on PC if my computer didn't meet the recommended specs....

1. What are your PC's specs? It could possibly be a specs issue among the PC players that are having problems.

Worth it for $20? Sure. Just keep in mind that you're paying for a few bug fixes and a roster updated. That's true for most AAA games now it seems, but 2k23 on PC is almost identical to 2k22....
