anyone have a good tool to setup advanced rotations so that each player is playing their exact assigned minutes?

what is your source for minutes and positions and ratings? minute allotments dont line up exactly to what they average that season so just curious what youre basing it off of

hi all. i know this thread and nba 2k20 is dead but is there any way you could unlock all of the tabs in your spreadsheet? specifically want to look at retro team rotations. thanks!
