no there is no such system in place. However, you can set goalies to auto-rotate which will play your backup sometimes

I guess my feeling is that it's gonna feel weird to direct passes to a button or deke with a button, in combination with the skill stick. Like they made this system so your left stick is your skates...

I guess this is the drawback of a physics-based system. You will get some wacky results as a tradeoff for having unique collisions.
