I had it. Here's what I did to fix it. Copied all files to thumb drive, deleted both patches, then redownloaded the latest patch, started the game and it works fine. Now you can copy your save files...

On defense, when running back to defend your court, did you ever lose control of your player because he was "suctioned" into defending another nearby player?

Wow. Seeing those two head shots, it's clear that the CAP is much better (or at least has more graphical detail). That alone is promising.
