I'm in the same boat. I sent mine yesterday from Denmark to Germany and with the low stock that we have in Europe, I'm probably receiving the same unit back. Let's see what happens.

After this 700mb patch that for some reason you have to trigger manually, I could play 2 quarters in play now online.
For a brief moment I thought that this was solved 😭

This worked for some people in my online league. Sadly not for me.
I think that there are a big batch of faulty consoles out there and MS doesn't want to admit that to avoid huge loses.

I agree. Apparently 2k support is telling people now that it's a hardware problem and not their fault. It doesn't sound good.

That's the weird thing... It only happens online to me too. Why does it run fine offline and overheat online?

That's true. I have just checked. I played a whole game offline and I got shut down after a couple of seconds of an online game.
I guess this discards any overheating issues at least

I hope they do this. However I don't have much faith, since this happened to some users in 2k21 next gen and it was never fixed
