Re: CAPS for The Cards' (AA) RF, RICK ANKIEL

I like this CAP...

It really disproves everyone who said that Ankiel would flop. He had a wonderful season... he might even be starting or backing up in the OF next year.

Re: St. Louis Cardinals Minor League Affiliate Roster Projects

Bump this one for a user who's asked for this...

Re: CAPS for The Cardinals' #1 Prospect, Anthony Reyes

I agree... 4.5 and we compromise.

Re: St. Louis Cardinals Minor League Affiliate Roster Projects

So basically, we need a CAP of Chris Narveson, who was ironically involved in the Larry Walker trade last year.

And just send Pulsipher down to AA and call up Randy Leek.

Re: CAPS for Anthony Reyes @ BoSoxPujols

How has he yet to prove anything? He "attended the University of Southern California where he pitched alongside Mark Prior and earned 2001 All-NCAA Regional honors after throwing his first collegiate...

Re: CAPS for Anthony Reyes @ BoSoxPujols

Here's part of BA's scouting report on Reyes, which further validates my point.

"Strengths: Reyes has everything teams look for in a front-of-the-rotation starter, from his body to his stuff. His...

Re: CAPS for Anthony Reyes @ BoSoxPujols

Have you ever thought that the game could be wrong? *GASPS* Yes, the game can be wrong. I myself edited Hernandez, Kazmir, and Cain to 5 stars. Don't lie and say you didn't or that you don't agree...

Re: CAPS for Anthony Reyes @ BoSoxPujols

Here's an excerpt from Scout.com's profile of Reyes, as read at http://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=321&p=8&c=1&yr=2005&nid=1831306::

"Resides in Whittier Calif...Reyes was named Del Rey League...

Re: CAPS for Anthony Reyes @ BoSoxPujols

...and you have to keep bringing up the farm system why? Not all teams have deep farm systems, but they can still have top of the line prospects. Look up Reyes in places other than BA, like scout.com...

Re: CAPS for Anthony Reyes @ BoSoxPujols

I didn't mean to imply or anything that you criticized that. I was just stating that because I knew someone else would later on. Sorry.

Re: St. Louis Cardinals Minor League Affiliate Roster Projects

Pujols4mvp,
Is Reggie Taylor not in the game? I could have sworn he played last year with the Reds, when they were calling up practically everyone in their minor league system.

Re: CAPS for Anthony Reyes @ BoSoxPujols

Firstly, I agree whole-heartedly with your "CAP". It really illustrates the pitches Reyes throws, especially that Changeup. Did you see him pitch? That pitch is sick!

Second, I know people will be...

Re: St. Louis Cardinals Minor League Affiliate Roster Projects

I put Durham for J-Rod, but I haven't checked Boone's stance out yet.

Rod_Carew29, does Boone change his stance in the game as well, with 2 strikes?

Re: St. Louis Cardinals Minor League Affiliate Roster Projects

I think Almanza is on the SF Giants in the game, and I'm not so sure Benes is in the game. Put Almanza in AAA and send down the worst pitcher. Benes would be in AA if he is in the game.

Re: players not in the game caps

LOL, even if I was a Cubs fan, I still wouldn't think that they'd catch the Cards. They probably won't even catch Houston in the WC.

What the hell? I put a ? beside it because I didn't know if I was right or wrong. And then you act like a jerk and "run down" the levels?
