Yes, it vibrates on every dribble (although it doesn't seem as pronounced as XB1). It doesn't bother me though because I like to use it as a queue to let me know if my dribble is disrupted enough...

Thanks for confirming LionsFan. Noticing a few sound glitches too with the PS4 version but nothing that'll impact the game for me. Now I have to get used to the controller!
