No...regular 60hz samsung lcd in game mode...never noticed input lag before (I can play wipeout fine...that's my test, haha). And I've had an LCD with horrible input lag, so I know what you mean.

Less frames on the vita would make it harder, not easier. The ps3 is buttery smooth, but even at the lowest pitch speed requires much faster reaction time than the vita.

I thought about that, but the FPS just makes the PS3 feel buttery smooth...but still faster.

FPS shouldn't make the time from pitcher to home be any different in actual length.

Pitch speed slider is broken. Even at zero, it's still pretty darned fast. Can make it a LOT slower on the Vita.

I've played the Vita for about 30+ games, and I've got my pitch speed set at 1 or 2...works good for me.

So I go to play my season on my PS3 today...and I can't get a similar speed on the PS3....

I think houtz is the only one that remotely knows me, and he's right, I'd play online only if the mode worked well enough. I want solid gameplay, and in an offline mode I want realistic stats...

Only things I've read that get me excited are the reduced "snap" of defenders, some high choppers, and an improvement in extra base hits. Otherwise I'm expecting a similar game. So yes, I have read...

As someone that bought a PS3 for the first ps3 version of The Show, I've bought each version since. But this marks the first year that I'm not that excited.

Maybe I just haven't been very plugged...
