I did not restart my offline cfm and got the playoff scenario with a player saying he thinks Julio wont be coming back next season and that the team will rally around him and got 20 pt morale boost...

Not gonna see it much any way. With the few natural surfaces remaining, the care and the new draining tech, very rare fields get sloppy the way they used to.
