Defensive subs while batting?

Is this possible?

I love how you can take a pitcher out while batting. I always like ending the 7th with my starter (if he gets that far) and starting fresh with a new guy the next inning.

Happens to me all the time. But I play as Boston, so the Monster doesn't help. Also, broadcast cam is nearly impossible at Fenway, both on offense and defense.

I have played about 10 games. In the only two games I had a "big" lead the CPU game back with a vengeance.

Seems more than a coincidence. Especially since this game is beginning to get a Madden...
