If made as moddable/shareable or open sourced you'd double up or triple up console sales via PC release.

easiest form to re-create the teams/rosters etc

As far as 1* "sleeper" programs go I have been lighting it up with Nick Montana at Tulane. Fun to build with them especially with Orleans Darkwa at RB and Ryan Grant at WR in year 1.
