It's been awhile since you asked, so hopefully you've figured it out by now. If not though, the quickest way is by doing the steps below:

1. Click on your team drop down menu
2. Click on Rosters...

Well, I did go ahead and make the trade, just got into the season, and on opening day, Kershaw got injured after 1 inning, and is out 4 weeks. So, may not regret this one at all :).

So far it sure seems like they handle those items pretty well. My favorite part is that it can be pretty random though, and each team/GM really does have it's own personality. Some clearly value...

It is dangerous. If you are a baseball person, or even just a strategy game fan, it is really easy to get sucked in. I just got it for the first time at the start of the year, and am in my 7th season...

I think the AP's recent release of the top 100 programs of all time is as good of a way as any to gauge this. It takes into account every team's history since 1936 and is as fair as any assessment...

Not sure if it's been noted yet, but Alize Jones, a stud soph TE for ND will miss the season for academic reasons.

I wouldn't remove him from the roster, he has stated he is staying with the team...
