I like everything in the screenshot except for the PITT helmets lol, man are they bad. The facemask is completely the wrong shade of blue, the logo is too small and even the gold seems to pale...

Coaches should have a HUGE impact on player development and coaching contracts also need to be completely overhauled. Adjusting those two things would greatly improve CC.

I would swap out Oregon St. with Eastern Michigan. EMU has to recruit against 4 other FBS schools in state and not to mention the other BIG10 schools in the Midwest. Definitely a fun dynasty.
