What would you suggest for subs in/out? I believe that the stamina of 4 with the in/out of 35/80 doesn't give a good amount of snaps to the backup rb.

Thanks for the idea of using the sub in/out percentages. I have been fiddling around with sliders and with a Hum fatigue at 20 and CPU fatigue at 30 I will definitely try these out.
