when I think back to my game purchases, I have actually been "pretty good" about them of late. I finally convinced my wife to even get the PS3 right about this time last year. then I dove right in...

$4 ?!? ouch...
the GS emp at my local store said that 09 will still be sold used for $39.99 until 10 hits the shelves. not that anyone would spend that much for a year old sports game.

not a bad idea either. demos are rarely an accurate representation, so renting...hmmm. I haven't rented a game in over a decade. aside from gamefly, I have no clue if any actual stores near me...

that is what I am thinking myself. it is all about the gameplay (head to head and tournaments as opposed to MM for me primarily).
just looking for any support (in either school of thought) to...
