Is there a workaround that I'm not seeing that everyone esle is using. Cause doesn't this make my league and mygm unplayable?

i started a thread in nba 2k16 about this issue and it sounded like it was going to get fixed but it never did so i guess there not much hope if the issue still happening....

I though that it was a for gone conclusion that it was fixed cause of the things they added like the Derek rose rule and the tv deals changing and all the other things. All the new things don't add...

What are the odds they fix players asking for contract amount that are realistic? Like I remeber one of the developer saying it was going to be fix in last years game but it never was. Ex. Bogut...
