"Team Mentor" is really great. It gives you the motivation to pursue a more realistic choice in players (i.e. not just all young players). It should be available for lower rated veteran players too...

I really liked those roles too. It was interesting to see them change at the end of a season too.

I did not like the "underacheiver" one though. If the 32nd pick of the draft is an 81, that is not...
