Is it possible to know which programs will be 1-star before the roster is completed (post-spring for every team)? I think there are only 4 on the most recent roster update.

I'm interested to know...

The UTEP depth chart is out of wack on the RSPC3 file. Things like a 0 OVR RG being the #3 WR and lower OVR players in starting positions

They do an amazing job with this considering how difficult it can be for a lot of people to put aside bias.

I can't claim to know more than 10% of the D1 players, but I trust the ratings from...

What's with "Kobe Pepe" on the USC WR depth chart?

Is that a place holder of some kind or am I missing something?
