It's always easy in Madden, because there is no penalty for switching from 4-3 to 3-4 defense ;) Take Jon Beason for example, he's a fantastic 4-3 linebacker and can play both the MLB and OLB...

To me there are two ways of rebuilding in Madden. First approach is to rebuild the team while changing the schemes - eg. transform a 4-3 defense into a 3-4 or turn a run-first team into a pass happy...
