Ah OK. In context though that's not concerning. He said something similar in court and it's why they want to buy Activision, it's one vehicle for growth in those areas.

I buy EA games when the trial expires. For Madden, yeah, I know I'd play beyond that but for other EA games it's how I approach it and it's saved me some money.

I pay annually for the PC EA Pro...

FTC appealed today. But if the temporary restraining order on the deal isn't extended past it's expiration on Friday they can close the deal starting this weekend.

They'll close before that, think they have to close the deal in the next week or renegotiate it, otherwise MS will have to pay out $3b.

Their primary complaint was over competition for cloud products.

Yeah I've seen that as well, the $40 was NZ cost. $25 is a steal.
