You're right. But it's not a lot of layup packages as is. There definitely needs to be more.

I doubt space is the issue honestly. I don't know at all, but I don't think layup animation or underhand FT takes up a lot of memory at all. It's a lot of other irrelevant stuff that could have been...

Same reason they remove stuff like Steve Nash's layup package and other sig animations.
