Actually you're wrong here. Its much easier to use the timing from Youtube which is provided here. With that said...
-ball is hiked close to 2 seconds (upper 1 second range)
-impact with Manning...

I watched the first two plays and stopped...

1st play:
at 3:54 ball is in Cassel's hand (snapped) and Baldwin is at 21
at 3:55 Baldwin has ran four more yards turned around and reached...

To me, the speed (acceleration) at which the guard pulls is laughable. I realize everyone has opinions, but in no way does this look realistic.
