To clear some things up. The tool I've made works in both in XP and 7, as in both OS'es %appdata% points to the folder hosting the 2K Sports folder.

Unfortunately, for many, if not for all, rosters don't seem to update automatically, and the only way to get them to actually update is to not have any Roster file available when the game boots, so...
