Read through the instructions carefully. Look at the thread -- there was another user who had issues and finally figured out what he was doing wrong. Most people are just not doing one of the steps...

The instructions are here but they ARE complicated. No way around it. Just take your time and make sure you have both programs installed to do it.

You can get around the virus issue

1) Install the 2 programs you need directly (not thru download) by getting the installation files from someone who has them and can e-mail them to you.
