Honestly even with two pictures I didnt initially see the difference. Dark navy is close to black

If they didn't get the schools approval it would be illegal I believe.

EA designs the uniforms and sends them to the schools, who are then supposed to point out any errors. If the schools say all OK, then EA publishes the uniform.
