There isn't a single player on the roster with a 99 speed rating, and there's only nine guys total over 95.

RGB values in the roster are currently the "official" team color code. They will be updated to match uniforms soon but I will let you pretend that you know more about the situation than the people...

Correct. Plus, there’s not another team that could really be removed. Even Charlotte wasn’t originally going to be in until UCONN announced they weren’t playing.

Correct. Those teams will be fully in with the release of V4 of the mod. V3 was just released over the weekend with updates to the ACC and Independent teams along with a bunch of other changes/fixes.
