So how does the glitch work for creating a player? couldn't they just fix the glitch to allow duplicates? I guess I'm confused. I know nothing about what it takes to make a game, but i wouldn't think...

It should be a simple fix. Make an Offensive and Defensive number. As for cheating goes. Why doesn't the computer just not allow certain subs in online play? That would fix any of the BS that goes on...

simple fix EA ignores. make an Offensive number, and a Defensive number, that's how its done in the NCAA. The only problem would be special teams having duplicate numbers on kick coverage teams.
