I don't think you can turn off CPU signing and trades. What if a teams multiple players at a position were injured? How would they sign a new player?

And honestly, if a player has to wait until...

They better not use the cut logic from M12!! Hopefully the CPU cut logic is similar to HC09. It seemed reasonable to me.

There are always going to be randomly generated UDFAs though. They aren't...
