Nothing can currently be done at this time
The CPU will screwup everything whether or not you choose 1 team or all 30 teams

There is a bug in the game
The minute you go to select your team/teams it automatically jumps your team from 26 to 40 man
In years past you could start with a 25man and sim Spring...

Easiest way I have found to do it so far
Start Franchise with Roster of your choice
Sim to last game of ST or 1st game of season and than do your 26man they way you want

Is anyone else having issues getting their rosters to stick in 30 team Franchise?

I just wasted 8hrs to get my Roster the way i like it and Rosters dont stick-

This is beyond Ridiculous-
