I still can't badge my AK47 after they added his badges, what's up with that?

Pick Pocket and a bunch of others I want to gold are still bronze.

I'm not able to upgrade anything AT ALL on my AK hopefully he didn't get glitched as I had some gold badges added to him that he now comes with.

It's nice of them to be updated but if the badges...

Wait, why can't we upgrade his badges yet? I tried before seeing this but yea it won't let me upgrade anything. The only gold badges are the ones I manually added to him.
