You can read about FPS in every review of these games. And it's really easy to spot by yourself if you had already played games in the range of 60/30/sub30. You don't need Digital Foundry to know...

Pro Evolution Soccer is 60 fps ( during gameplay ) and with a new graphic engine. Fifa is 60 fps, Nba 2K is 60 fps, NHL is 60 fps, EA UCF is 30 fps but rock solid and with the best graphic engine...

While it's better than MLB 14, it's not on pair with other sport simulation games. Performance wise is average. Btw, it's a good looking game but it deserves a lot more optimization and new assets.
