It would be nice, so that one could practice with more players/teams without backing in/out...especially when it comes to custom teams.

Would also be nice to have full defensive setting control in...

Yep, Mike said that Rebounding Ratings will be much more of a determinative factor, whereas it has been that Height can often trump Rebounding.

Personally, I think it makes the most sense to make them 100%, but to make them extremely rare. If they're not going to be 100%, then they shouldn't be a totally different color/animation.
