Always a shot in the dark here, but does the PS4 have a "rebuild database" option you could try?

That was always the trick with the PS3.

Haven't noticed yet, haven't played with/against them yet.

I did notice however that Eric Thames isn't pronounced as it's spelled, but instead has the old Marcus Thames ("Tems"/"Tims")...

I saw that the first game I played, for my team and the CPU's team alike. I don't believe I have seen it since.

Are you using Dynamic difficulty?

Once you hit that "All Star" level, the API turns off. You can still press R2 to see the suggestion, though.

If you want to change that, go to Options ->...
