With all of the penalty sliders maxed out, I don't hardly ever see holding. Maybe 1-3 every 3 games. I only see false start/offsides if I use the fake snap button. I might see a defensive pass...

Wow, there must be a radical difference between PS3 and 360 when it comes to penalties.

I have all penalties at 100 except clipping and I average 5-8 penalties per game, for both teams combined.
