It was only a suggestion to increase the availability of lines, the fact is voice acting in this game will always be secondary, or lower on commentators list. They do a shoddy performance in a game...

It's a lot more scripted now, voice actors would be able to record more lines, even in the offseason commentators have to cover off the field news, stay up to date on transactions and so on, moving...
