Marcus Allen played pretty well, that KC defense really got after it, and the AFC was horrible at that time.

As I said, Joe is without a doubt the greatest SB QB ever. He came up big in every SB he played in.

It goes far beyond just receivers. As great as Brady is, he's never had to carry a team like Elway did, and I would be hard pressed to believe he could have taken those Bronco teams to 3 SB's in the...

I had to see it in person at least once a year for a long, long period of time. sucks when you are on the wrong end of his abilities.

Gonna have to disagree on Elway. There isn't a QB alive or dead who could have taken those Bronco teams in the 80's to the Super Bowl once nevertheless 3 times. Elway flat out carried that team on...

From a purely physical ability standpoint, Brady doesn't compare to Elway. Elway carried some mediocre teams to the Super Bowl.

As the fan of a divisional rival of his, I saw him make plays that I don't believe another soul in the history of the game could make, way too many times.

Nothing like seeing him fling a deep out...

Nope I said from the beginning, my list starts with John Elway.

But I can easily see the argument you could make for Favre, and he's certainly an all-timer.

Wasn't surly. Called you on an obvious Packer bias driven statement, that had no merit.

Your motives on saying Favre isn't an all-timer are quite transparent.

I see QB's do all sorts of things to avoid contact. I really don't see this as a huge knock on Favre or any QB unless he gets called for an illegal forward pass penalty every week.

He had a point. I somehow doubt Montana carries those early Broncos teams to the SB's like Elway did. While I can easily see Elway leading those Niner teams to the SB.
