I don't see how. I think they are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing.




NFL is about winning now. does that trade give them a better chance to get to the SB now? No it doesn't....

Traits are ways to make intangibles in to tangibles. And intangibles in the NFL matter as much as anything.

I am not sure how this makes sense in the NFL for you to base it on.

IRL? He's so crucial to that defense, and he does so many thing from a mental standpoint that the average fan has no idea he's doing. If Balt. thinks they can win a SB now, then there's zero chance...

How could it be highly unrealistic. That trade would never get offered? How can the result of an unrealistic trade be unrealistic? I don't believe Balt. would make that trade. But that's hypothetical...

Yup they are dynamic, I think. I love the concept. Hopefully it's implemented to a point it doesn't ruin game balance.

I love that they do. Team Leader trait affects the whole defense. Makes his players around him better.

I really don't see anything wrong with this trade being rejected.

If he's got the team leader trait, I am betting it's impossible to trade for him as well. The Traits add a whole different dynamic to roster management.

Would they though? Draft picks are great, but they don't need another RB? Why would they give up their Team leader, when they think they can win a SB now. And that doesn't even begin to take in to...

Are we talking in season trades?

First of all, how many player for player trades do you see in the NFL? Maybe one a season? None with any players of significance.
