You got the patch already then, but to get roster updates you have to have Live Gold. That is why you still have the roster that shipped with the game.

Yes people do need to learn to read, learn to read what people are actually complaining about. They're not complaining about throwing picks themselves, it is the CPU that throws way too many picks....
