This is not fixed (unless I had a fluke game). Is anyone else still seeing subs by CPU when Auto Subs is off for the user?

Still not seeing CPU subs when auto sub is off. Playing 10 min qtrs. This vid taken at halftime of a game I'm playing now OKC (me) and LAL (cpu). Notice the minutes. Am I the only one still not...

Quick question, I see that Live made some cosmetic changes to a few players (Kyrie and Iman Shumpert are the two i know of) but I hear there will be more to come...
