I did something similiar. I didn't boycott per se. What I did is rent both versions of Madden 07 this year and decided to wait until I could find a used copy, so as not to directly give EA my money....

Just because EA had record sales doesn't mean they made money. I made a loooong post about this a few weeks ago and won't regurgitate it all, but you have to look at what there costs are before you...
