That is strange. I found a tutorial with some troubleshooting tips. It's a lot of suggestions if you're on Windows 11.

Yes, you will lose everything. I'm pretty sure that's the issue. I have 7 drives in my PC and only one is formatted to exFAT and I can't install games from Game Pass on it.

Right click on drive...

Is your ssd formated to ExFat or NTFS? I think it needs to be NTFS.
