They call the horse collar the "Roy Williams rule". I've seen him do it twice this year & he wasn't whistled.

1st time I've seen the horse collar call this year & it was wrong. This really needs to be taken out of the rule book. They don't call it when it happens & now they are imagining it.

Manning plays better in the 4th, especially w/the no huddle. This is nowhere close to being over.
