Well the team name and helmet logo is a no go. But I think we can edit all generics and create unlimited number of players that would take the place of the Legends and or Generic players.

8 teams per vip profile = 4 profiles = 32 teams


you can create nfl rosters with this option


load two profiles offline and use your created nfl rosters.
