on the 360 - hit the B button until you get the guy you want (pre-snap, obviously)... then send him in the direction you want.

but be warned...if you're using the time run-off option on the play...

i definitely have to ramp up the user tackling slider...10 is just too hard for me - everybody looks like barry sanders, and that just isn't happening. but i'm liking the feel of these.
